Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chickpeas, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice and fresh parsley.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
