- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
- Simmer baked meatballs in marinara sauce for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Use fresh herbs if possible for vibrant taste.
