- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped pickles
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add chopped pickles and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with crumbled bacon and chopped parsley.

- Can substitute turkey or chicken for beef.
- Add hot sauce for extra spice.
- Use pre-cooked bacon for convenience.
