Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Brush cooked chicken with barbecue sauce and honey mustard.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
- Melt the cheese by placing the chicken under a broiler for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute grilled chicken with baked if preferred.
- Adjust bacon to taste for more crunch or flavor.
