- 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegan version.
- Serve with steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables for a complete meal.
