- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or pecans)
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Arrange greens on a serving plate, top with the spicy honey chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the salad and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust spice level by adding more hot sauce or chili powder. Serve with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
