- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Optional: Toss meatballs in additional sauce before serving and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with more or less red pepper flakes.
- Can be cooked on the stovetop in a skillet for a quicker version.
