Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, chopped chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken breasts in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until cooked through and browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Slice chicken and serve over cooked rice.
- Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
