- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 12 slider buns
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Form into 12 small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook turkey patties until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Toast slider buns lightly in the oven or on a skillet.
- Assemble sliders by placing a turkey patty on each bun, top with cranberry sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a tangy twist, add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the turkey mixture.
- Use fresh cranberry sauce for the best flavor; store-bought is also fine.
