Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and crispy, about 8 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly, simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
