- 1 large Italian bread loaf
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the Italian bread into halves and scoop out the centers to create bowls.
- Mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce and minced garlic.
- Stuff the spaghetti mixture into the bread bowls.
- Brush the outside of bread with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked sausage or vegetables to the spaghetti.
