Ingredients

  • 1 large Italian bread loaf
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the Italian bread into halves and scoop out the centers to create bowls.
  3. Mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce and minced garlic.
  4. Stuff the spaghetti mixture into the bread bowls.
  5. Brush the outside of bread with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
