- 1 pound breakfast sausage links or ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sausage, cheese, herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into small, bite-sized balls or patties and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy on their own.
