- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 8 slices of white or whole wheat bread
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto four slices of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices over the spread on each slice, even spacing for neatness.
- Top with remaining bread slices and gently press down.
- Cut the sandwiches into small finger-sized pieces and serve chilled.

- You can add thinly sliced smoked salmon or avocado for variation.
- For a vegan option, use plant-based cream cheese.
