- 1 pound sliced beef sirloin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss beef slices with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the pan. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, toss to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
