  • 1 pound sliced beef sirloin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss beef slices with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add remaining oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return beef to the pan. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, toss to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
