Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and season with fajita spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced peppers and onions to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot on warm tortillas, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
