- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut puff pastry into squares or circles.
- Place a spoonful of pulled beef and cheese in the center of each piece.
- Fold and seal the edges, then brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
