- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced ham or turkey (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced pineapple
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Layer cheese, ham or turkey, and pineapple on the bottom half of each roll.
- Place the top half over the fillings.
- Brush the outside of each roll with melted butter.
- Cook in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of garlic powder or paprika.
- Use any cheese you prefer, such as mozzarella or Swiss.
