- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and cook until skin is crispy, about 6 minutes per side.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, and zest to the skillet, spooning sauce over chicken. Simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, sauté green beans in a separate pan with a little oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken thighs topped with lemon garlic sauce alongside green beans. Garnish with parsley.
