Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Place beef in the slow cooker.
- Melt butter and add minced garlic; pour over beef.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Stir and serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce before cooking. Serve with rice or your favorite vegetables.
