- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk and shredded cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked chicken and BBQ sauce to the cheese mixture. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the cheese sauce with cooked macaroni, stirring until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or tofu for chicken to make it vegetarian or turkey-based.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce for sweetness or spiciness to suit your taste.
