  • 1 pound beef stew meat, cubed
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, brown beef cubes until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
