Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic; cook until vegetables soften.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until flavors meld and sauce thickens.
- Toast buns lightly, then spoon the turkey mixture onto each bottom bun.
- Top with lettuce and tomato slices, then cover with the top bun.

- You can substitute ground chicken or beef for turkey.
- Add hot sauce for extra spice.
