Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk eggs and fold in shredded cheese.
- Divide cooked beef evenly into muffin cups, then pour egg mixture over each.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until eggs are set and edges are golden.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with herbs, and serve or store for meal prep.
