- 2 large heads of broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in shredded chicken and steamed broccoli.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
