Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add oats, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt; mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown edges.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for sweeter bars.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
