- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip chicken strips in ranch dressing, then coat evenly in breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange coated chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, toss baked chicken with buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free breadcrumbs.
