- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- For extra creaminess, add more Parmesan cheese.
