Instructions

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are set but center is fudgy.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
