Instructions

- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on wire racks before serving.
