- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
- Cover bowl and let dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide into 8-10 pieces. Shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let rise again for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can add grated cheese or herbs to customize the rolls.
- Ensure milk is warm but not hot to activate yeast properly.
