Ingredients

  • 200g sweet potato glass noodles
  • 150g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Push beef to the side, add vegetables, and cook until tender-crisp.
  5. Combine noodles with beef and vegetables, add soy sauce, sugar, and toss well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve hot.
