- 200g sweet potato glass noodles
- 150g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
- Push beef to the side, add vegetables, and cook until tender-crisp.
- Combine noodles with beef and vegetables, add soy sauce, sugar, and toss well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute beef with chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
- Adjust soy sauce and sugar for desired sweetness and saltiness.
