  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until translucent.
  2. Add spices: garam masala, turmeric, cumin; stir for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add chicken chunks and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, simmer for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
