  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Mix cooked rice into the beef mixture. Stuff each bell pepper half with the mixture.
