- 9 cups of Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- Red and green M&M’s or holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour over the cereal in a large bowl and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Add powdered sugar to a large zip-top bag, then add the coated cereal. Seal and shake to evenly cover.
- Pour the coated cereal into a large serving dish and sprinkle with holiday candies or sprinkles. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

- Use festive M&M’s or sprinkles for a colorful presentation.
- Adjust the amount of powdered sugar for a less or more sweet coating.
