- 200g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 200g Asian-style noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour sauce into the skillet with chicken, stirring to coat and thicken slightly, about 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to combine evenly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce and honey for desired sweetness and saltiness.
- Use pre-cooked chicken or leftover grilled chicken for faster prep.
- Can be made gluten-free with tamari soy sauce.
