- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place sliced beef, bell peppers, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), black pepper, sesame oil, and beef broth into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender and flavors meld.
- Mix cornstarch with water, add to the slow cooker, and cook on high for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

- Use thinly sliced beef for quicker cooking and tender result.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
