Instructions
- Place chicken, carrots, potatoes, onion, and green beans in the slow cooker.
- Add garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Stir and serve hot garnished with fresh herbs.

- You can substitute chicken breasts for thighs, adjusting cooking time accordingly.
- For added flavor, include a bay leaf during cooking.
