- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional for thickening)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.
- In a skillet, heat beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes. Thicken gravy with cornstarch if desired.
- Prepare mashed potatoes with garlic and herbs. Serve meatballs with gravy alongside the creamy mashed potatoes.
