Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread pesto over each chicken breast.
- Add sliced vegetables around the chicken on the sheet.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon after baking.
