- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut puff pastry into circles or rectangles.
- Spread a spoonful of Nutella onto the center of half of the pastry pieces.
- Top with remaining pastry pieces and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place pies in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
Notes
- Ensure the edges are sealed well to prevent Nutella from leaking out during cooking.
- Can be served with a drizzle of additional Nutella or a dusting of cocoa powder.
