- 1 cup tortellini pasta
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup spinach leaves

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat a large pot over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pot; stir to combine.
- Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, add meatballs and tortellini; cook for about 10-12 minutes, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
