A flavorful, low-carb Philly cheesesteak roll-up packed with tender sliced beef, melted cheese, and fresh peppers, baked to perfection.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef or steak strips
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced green peppers
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: onions, mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté beef until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add sliced peppers (and onions/mushrooms if using) to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture onto each.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling and roll up tightly.
  6. Place rolls seam-side down on a baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.

Notes

  • Use thinly sliced beef for quick cooking and maximum flavor.
  • Add hot sauce or your favorite spices for extra zest.
