- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and Parmesan, and stir to combine.
- Spoon mixture into a slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with bread slices, chips, or veggie sticks.
Notes
- For spicier flavor, add red pepper flakes.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated; reheat in crockpot before serving.
