A simple and delicious crockpot chicken tortellini that combines tender chicken, cheesy tortellini, and a rich, creamy sauce for a hearty meal.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (9 oz) package of refrigerated tortellini
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add chicken broth and cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
  3. Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the slow cooker.
  4. Add garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan, and tortellini. Stir well.
