- 8 oz of Brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut puff pastry into 24 small squares and place in greased mini muffin tins.
- Place a slice of Brie in each pastry cup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, simmer cranberries with honey until burst and syrup thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Top baked brie bites with cranberry sauce and garnish with herbs before serving.
