- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 egg, beaten
- Honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut puff pastry into 24 small squares and press into mini muffin tins.
- Place a slice of brie in each pastry cup. Top with cranberries.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden and puffy.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and serve warm.
Notes
- Can be assembled ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
- Replace cranberries with sliced strawberries for variation.
- Serve as an appetizer or party snack.
