Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk egg white and vanilla until frothy.
- Add pecans to the egg white mixture, tossing until evenly coated.
- Transfer pecans to the cinnamon sugar mixture, tossing to coat thoroughly.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until pecans are crispy and fragrant.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or packaging for gifting.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or allspice to the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Store cooled pecans in an airtight container for up to a week.
