- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (177C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- In a skillet, combine water and vanilla, then add pecans and toss to coat.
- Add cinnamon sugar mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread pecans on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.
- Allow to cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt or a dash of nutmeg.
