- 200g graham crackers, crushed
- 100g melted butter
- 450g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g cinnamon sugar churros, chopped
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling
- Cinnamon powder for dusting
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan to create the crust. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes and cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Top with chopped churros and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Dust with cinnamon sugar before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours for best results.
- Use fresh churros or store-bought for convenience.
