Ingredients

  • 200g graham crackers, crushed
  • 100g melted butter
  • 450g cream cheese
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g cinnamon sugar churros, chopped
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Cinnamon powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan to create the crust. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes and cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  3. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  4. Top with chopped churros and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Dust with cinnamon sugar before serving.
