- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over it, then layer with remaining batter. Gently swirl with a knife.
- Gently fold blueberries into the batter. Pour evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor and appearance.
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
